Dr. Carolina Dijkhoffz was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Growing up in a rural area of the island, surrounded by animals, she knew from an early age she wanted to be an advocate for the health and well-being of animals by becoming a veterinarian. After completing high school in Puerto Rico, she moved to Orlando, Florida. She graduated Cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in 2014. She then attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018. After graduation, Dr. Dijkhoffz moved back to Central Florida to be closer to family. Her veterinary interests include ophthalmology, radiology, preventative and internal medicine. She currently lives with her husband and their 3 dogs, Pocholo, Oliver and Diego. When not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
