I began my career in animal care in 1980 as a Kennel Technician here at Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital. I remained with Sanlando and the Veterinary Emergency Clinic for 15 years, eventually becoming a Veterinary Technician. My passion for animals and dedication to helping the community then led me to Seminole County Animal Control, where I worked as an Animal Control Officer.

From there, I pursued a career in law enforcement and became a Police Officer with the Altamonte Springs Police Department. I proudly served the department for 25 years before retiring from law enforcement.

After retirement, I was fortunate to return to where my career began - Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital. Coming back to the veterinary field has been a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with my passion for animals and continue doing work that I have loved throughout my career.

Outside of work, I enjoy boating, traveling, and camping. I especially love sharing those adventures with my little dog, River, who is my constant companion.
